We charge based on your monthly call volume and the amount of operator time your business uses. This means you only pay for the service you actually need—whether you receive a few calls each day or hundreds each month.

Monthly Base Fee

$45.00 per month

This includes:

• Dedicated use of your assigned telephone number

• Reserved system and equipment space for your account

• Ongoing operator training and account updates

• Access to our live answering service system 24/7

Usage-Based Call Pricing

You only pay for the time our operators are actively handling your calls.

• Calls are measured in 6-second increments (1/10 of a minute)

• You are billed $0.09 per 6 seconds ($0.90 per accumulated whole minute)

• If toll-free service is provided, billing is $0.11 per 6 seconds

• The first 6 seconds of each call are free

• Hang-ups and wrong numbers are typically not billed, as they occur before meaningful operator time is used
