Professional Answering Service is hereby authorized to act as an agent of the subscriber in the acceptance and delivery of messages without error or delay and in accordance with the subscriber's instructions as shown above. However, no liability or responsibility for failure to perform of effect therefrom is assured or implied. Service is monthly: all invoices are due on the tenth of each month Failure to pay by the last day of the month following service will result in finance charges (not to exceed the maximum allowed by law) and suspension of service on the tenth of the next month. A $25.00 re-connection fee for services will be charged, plus all past due money owed and the next month's base rate must be paid in full prior to re-connection. If there is a change in service fees, customers will be in formed in writing the month before the charge is to go in effect.
